Stars and Stuff

When shooting the Milky Way (or other night photos)...

Manual mode:

1. Low f-stop

2. Low aperture

3. ISO - 1600 or 3200

4. Long shutter speed - 20/30 sec exposure

Other settings:

1. Shoot in RAW

2. Turn off lens stabilizer

3. Self timer - 2 sec

4. Set long exposure noise reduction

5. Switch to manual focus
